Art Paper 1. Separate scrap schoolwork or flyer paper by colors.
2. Tear into strips.
3. Soak in ample water for an hour.
4. Blend until smooth. Drop in flower petals, ribbon or strings, mix with a wooden spoon.
5. Pour in a thin layer over a fine screen allowing water to help smooth paper evenly across.
6. When water has drained, flip paper pulp onto cotton to dry. Iron to speed drying.
7. When dry, cut into shapes to use on other paper or cut into a rectangle. Add leaves or dried flowers. Fold to use as a card.
